We lock the exchange rate for 30 minutes from the moment you create an order to protect you from market volatility while your deposit is in transit. If your transaction confirms within that window, you receive exactly the rate displayed. If the timer expires before confirmation, the swap executes at the then-current market rate.

We store only the mechanical data required to route your swap: the temporary deposit address, your destination wallet, the asset pair, the amount, and an order timestamp. This data exists in a temporary session state. Once your session ends, the link between this metadata and your browser is permanently gone. We maintain no persistent user database.

First, use a block explorer to confirm your deposit transaction has fully confirmed on-chain (not just broadcast). If it is confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed, email support@nokycswap.net with your Order ID (e.g. ORD-XXXXXXXX) and your deposit TXID. Our team resolves stuck orders quickly.

Sending an asset that differs from your order (e.g., sending USDC to a USDT deposit address, or sending on the wrong network) is a critical error that the automated engine cannot process on its own. Contact support immediately at support@nokycswap.net with your Order ID, TXID, and a description of what happened. We will attempt recovery on a best-effort basis.
